The equipment is mainly composed of a cleaning room, shot blaster assembly, hook rotation device, hook mechanism, screw conveyor, elevator, maintenance platform, separator, dust removal system and electronic control system.
The cleaning room is welded by steel and plates. Its shape, size and shot blasting device layout adopt CAD optimization design and dynamic simulation to ensure the best throwing angle and distance, so as to achieve the best cleaning effect of the workpiece and maximize the efficiency of the equipment. The indoor lining protective plate: opposite the shot blaster, the hot area directly hit by the projectile is protected by a thickened wear-resistant material 65Mn plate, and the rest of the indoor area is protected by a 65Mn steel plate; all indoor protective plates are made of high-temperature quenched 40Cr nuts. Fixed on the inner wall of the chamber to facilitate assembly and replacement.
