The cleaning room is welded from steel and plates. Its shape, size and shot blasting device layout are designed using CAD optimization and dynamic simulation to ensure the best throwing angle and distance, so as to achieve the best cleaning effect of the workpiece and maximize the efficiency of the equipment. The indoor lining protective plate: opposite the shot blaster, the hot area directly hit by the projectile is protected by a thickened wear-resistant material 65Mn plate, and the rest of the indoor area is protected by a 65Mn steel plate; all indoor protective plates use high-temperature quenched 40Cr nuts Fixed on the inner wall of the chamber to facilitate assembly and replacement.
