The drum consists of the following components:
(1) Cleaning room body
The chamber body is connected by thick steel plates on both sides through a square steel tube in the middle. Mainly used to carry the roller body and driving device. The action of the oil cylinder can be combined to realize the drum cleaning process so that the workpiece can be fully stirred and cleaned.
(2) Roller body
The outside is made of steel plates welded into a cone barrel. There is a rolling belt in the middle. It is lined with wear-resistant polyurethane protective plates. There are convex ribs on the wear-resistant plates to turn the workpiece. There are many small holes at the bottom to collect projectiles and cleaned oxide scale, sand, Burrs, etc. leak out through this small hole and are lifted and separated.
(3) Roller drive
The middle part of the drum is supported by two rubber-mounted supporting wheels, and the rear part is the rotation center, which is supported by self-aligning bearings. The supporting wheel is driven by a reducer to drive the drum to rotate.
(4) Sealing cover
The entire opening of the drum is sealed to prevent projectiles from splashing and to recover the projectiles and cleaned scale, sand, burrs, etc. for separation and reuse.
