This machine improves the previous inefficient methods that mainly relied on air convection heat dissipation and natural cooling. The sand is placed in a boiling state through strong cold air, and is fully contacted with the heat exchanger set above the boiling plate to make the sand flow. Perform secondary heat exchange. Controlling the air flow pressure from the equipment to form negative pressure can not only effectively advance the sand flow, but also absorb dust in the sand flow. It is an efficient way to cool regenerated sand.
This series of equipment is a continuous cooler. After the loose old sand enters the fluid machine, it is in a boiling state under the blowing force of high-pressure air and moves forward in a serpentine shape along the cooling pipe starting from the sand inlet. Under the action of strong air volume and cooling water, the old sand is fully cooled and the film is removed.
1. The sand enters the multi-layer boiling cooling bed, which facilitates heat exchange between the sand and the air.
2. The hot dry sand is constantly in contact with the cooling water pipe during the boiling process to obtain a good cooling effect.
