This machine is used as molding equipment in the foundry industry. In casting production, it can be used for single-machine molding production or multi-unit or production line operations. In production modeling, the quality is reliable, manpower is saved, consumption is reduced, and productivity is improved.

It consists of the fuselage, the mold ejection mechanism, the shock compaction mechanism, the rotating arm pressure head part and the pneumatic pipeline system.
The fuselage is a solid hollow frame structure casting, and the upper part supports the arm pressure head part. During compaction, the rotating arm hooks the fuselage so that the compaction force is borne by the fuselage, and the fuselage and the shock mechanism are connected together with bolts. The pressure head part of the swing arm is fixed on the rotary rocker arm. The pressure head has a spiral lifting mechanism to adjust the distance between the pressure head and the sand box according to the height of the sand box.
The swing arm controls the reciprocating movement of the cylinder piston through a hand-operated valve to realize the movement of the forward arm and the swing arm.
The mold lifting mechanism consists of two mold lifting cylinders, connecting rods, balance shafts, mold lifting tables, mold lifting ejector pins, etc. When the mold ejection cylinder is started, it drives the connected connecting rod, balance shaft, and mold ejection table, so that the four ejector pins simultaneously lift up the sand box and eject the mold.
The shock compaction mechanism adopts a spring micro-shock pneumatic compaction mechanism. According to the process requirements, it can be shocked or can be shocked after compaction. The compaction shock enhances the shock force. When removing the mold, the clamping cylinder locks the shaking table to balance the sand box during mold removal.
Pneumatic pipeline system: The input compressed air passes through the air filter to eliminate water and impurities in the compressed air, and then passes through the oil mist device to inject lubricating oil, and then supplies the pneumatic components and mechanisms. The machine movement is realized by the manual valve console.
Air supply and lubrication: This machine has an air source for power and oil for lubrication to achieve work. The air source pressure is adjusted by the pressure reducing valve. The amount of oil is controlled by the oil regulating valve. When the air source passes through the oil mist device, it is sucked into the air source stroke according to the principle of balanced suction, and the mist enters each pipeline system for work and lubrication.
